In de loop van dit jaar wordt er op de campus een kunstroute gerealiseerd: de Walk of Wonder. Een van de deelnemers is Omer Polak, een kunstenaar die werkt met geuren. Voor zijn kunstproject is hij op zoek naar mensen die in de buurt van de campus wonen en hun verhaal met hem willen delen.
Lijd je bijvoorbeeld aan een gebroken hart, het verlies van een familielid, aan angst, ziekte, een burn-out of ander vorm van lijden? Dan wil Omer Polak jou graag ontmoeten. Een gesprek duurt ongeveer een half uur en de voertaal is Engels. Jouw verhaal wordt vastgelegd en vertaald in een geur. Jouw geur samen met die van anderen zal door zijn kunstwerk worden verspreid in de buurt van het Berchmanianum. Omer Polak gelooft dat jouw geur mensen kan helpen om empathie en compassie op te roepen.

Over the course of this year, an art route will be created on campus: the Walk of Wonder. One of the participants is Omer Polak, an artist who works with scents. For his art project, he is looking for people who live near the campus and want to share their story with him.
Are you, for example, suffering from a broken heart, the loss of a family member, anxiety, illness, burnout or other form of suffering? Then Omer Polak would like to meet you. A conversation lasts about half an hour and the language of communication is English. Your story will be captured and translated into a scent. Your scent along with those of others will be diffused through his artwork near the Berchmanianum. Omer Polak believes your scent can help people evoke empathy and compassion.
